For more than ten years, I've been in homes with new mothers and babies, learning what this transition really demands. My passion for perinatal care runs deep, and it's found its perfect expression in how I cook. Food is how I nurture best. Drawing from Traditional Chinese Medicine and years of hands-on experience, I prepare meals designed to heal your postpartum body, boost lactation, and nourish your baby through you. I offer private chef services for retreats, intimate gatherings, and special events. This includes collaborative dinners, creative commissions, and curated spreads in gallery or studio spaces. I care about how a meal unfolds — its pacing, texture, and tone — and how it reflects the moment it’s made for. I love baking cakes, making fresh sourdough, and building tables that captivate. My food is bold, layered, and rooted in care — designed to surprise, satisfy, and stay with you.

    I offer flexible, hourly support for clients seeking short-term cooking, menu planning, or perinatal nourishment.
