Hello and welcome! I'm Cassia, and I believe that good food is medicine — especially during life's most transformative moments. As both a holistic chef with over a decade of experience and a certified yoga instructor specializing in Meridian Yoga Therapy, I create nourishing culinary experiences for families and wellness retreats alike. My understanding of the body's energetic pathways informs my cooking approach, drawing from Ayurvedic and TCM wisdom to craft meals that energize, satisfy, and honor every morsel as both sustenance and celebration.

My love for fermentation, bread baking, and crafting healing broths reflects my deep appreciation for the wisdom embedded in traditional foodways.
This culinary exploration naturally led me to embrace nutrition, yoga, and holistic wellness practices throughout New York City. Since 2013, I've combined this knowledge with hands-on experience caring for families, always learning and incorporating new insights guided by intuition and my fascination with exciting flavors.
I believe deeply in the communal aspect of sharing meals - the ritual and sanctity of food as medicine for body, mind, and spirit. Whether crafting nutrient-dense dishes during the precious postpartum period or creating transformative culinary experiences for wellness retreats, I tailor my approach to honor both ancient wisdom and modern needs.
